AC6 Commissioning Unit

It is the opinion of Comdronic Ltd that the AC6 product is either exempt from, or outside the scope of ROHS. (As defined National Weights and Measures Laboratory)

The current exclusion for products in 'Category 9' is unlikely to be revoked before 2012, however, in order to obviate any confusion arising from interpretation of definitions a RoHS audit has been carried out for the above product and we can confirm that all specified components, the circuit board and soldering processes are RoHS compliant.

We can therefore confirm that future orders of the AC6 commissioning unit and its variants will be RoHS compliant.

AC5 and AC6 commissioning units

Following type testing in accordance with Radiated emissions EN55022 A1, C1 class B, Radiated RF immunity EN61000-4-3,  A1, A2  and ESD EN61000-4-2,  A1, A2 we can confirm compliance with the above statement.

Compliance with the above directives and exemption from Pressure equipment directive directive 97/23/EC allow the marking of the AC5 and AC6 units with the CE mark.
