Support at Comdronic

We believe that the support we offer at Comdronic is second to none.  We are more than happy to provide telephone or email assistance to all our customers but this is especially useful for new customers  who may be unfamiliar with electronic commissioning meters.  Many of our customers have also told us that the download 'Balancing Basics' is an extremely useful text or it may be helpful to look at the FAQ's on the website.

Calibration Services

Calibration is an essential yearly maintenance service traceable to national standards.  In addition to the calibration we include a complete overhaul of the unit which incorporates the following:

Strip down, ultrasonically clean and wash out.

Replace all seals.

Re-assemble, calibrate and issue certicate.

Pressure test, Functional test.

Update all software to latest version.

Replace labels as necessary.

This service is available for just £105 sterling + VAT and shipping.  We aim to turn around units within 2-3 days.

Shipping will be £15.00 in the UK if the whole carrycase is returned. However if the meter alone is returned then the shipping will be £10.00 in the UK.
